Allison Beardsley is the Founder of Red Light Method, the first boutique fitness concept combining medical-grade Red Light Therapy body contouring with Power Plate group classes, launched in August 2022 to make red light therapy accessible to all. She is also the Founder of the Club Pilates franchise brand, where she developed a 500-hour teacher training curriculum and built more than 100 franchises in less than two years before selling the company in 2015. Holding a B.S. in Kinesiology and two Master's degrees, Allison combines deep technical knowledge with entrepreneurial vision in creating new wellness categories from the ground up. And these are just a few areas of her work that bring significant value and demonstrate her contribution to wellness innovation, women-led franchise building, and the creation of new categories at the intersection of fitness and recovery.
