I. GENERAL LEGAL FRAMEWORK

1. Status of the Awards

The Glonary Awards (Global Luminary Awards) is an international professional recognition program established to identify, evaluate, and honor outstanding achievements in business, technology, innovation, design, cybersecurity, digital industries, creative sectors, and related professional domains.
1.2. The Awards operate as an independent, merit-based recognition system grounded in expert evaluation and professional standards.
1.3. The Awards are administered by the Organizing Committee (hereinafter - the “Organizer”), which ensures operational, ethical, and procedural governance.
1.4. The official source of information regarding the Awards is the website: glonaryawards.com.
1.5. The Awards may be conducted annually or according to a cycle determined by the Organizer.

suspend or discontinue programs;
introduce special recognitions or honorary distinctions.

IV. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

6. Eligible Applicants
6.1. Participation is open internationally to:

individual professionals and independent experts not lower than Senior /C-level;
founders, innovators, creators, and industry leaders.

6.2. There are no geographic restrictions unless otherwise specified.

7. Project Eligibility Requirements
7.1. Projects must:

be active or completed;
fall within the thematic scope of the selected category;
demonstrate measurable outcomes or strategic progress.

7.2. Submissions must be prepared and submitted in English.
7.3. Applicants may submit multiple entries provided each represents distinct content.
7.4. An entry fee applies per submission and is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
7.5. Submission of an application constitutes confirmation that:

the applicant owns or has rights to submitted materials;
information provided is accurate and not misleading;
participation complies with applicable laws.

V. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

8. Submission Process
8.1. Applications must be submitted through the official online submission system.
8.2. Required elements may include:

project description;
objectives and strategic rationale;
implementation methodology;
measurable results and impact evidence;
supporting materials (metrics, testimonials, case studies, media links, data sets).

8.3. The Organizer reserves the right to request additional documentation.
8.4. Incomplete or non-compliant applications may be disqualified.

VI. EVALUATION FRAMEWORK

9. Evaluation Principles
9.1. Evaluation is conducted exclusively by appointed Jury members.
9.2. The process is confidential and independent.
9.3. There is no public voting component.
9.4. Sponsors or partners have no influence over scoring or results.

10. Core Evaluation Criteria
Each application is evaluated based on:

Originality and Innovation. Degree of uniqueness and advancement beyond existing solutions.
Clarity and Strategic Logic. Coherence of objectives, strategy, and execution model.
Measurable Results and Impact. Quantifiable outcomes and documented influence on industry, users, or society.
Category Alignment. Relevance and appropriateness within the selected nomination.
Strategic Depth and Sustainability. Long-term value, scalability, and structural significance.

11. Additional Assessment Dimensions
The Jury may also consider:

depth and importance of the problem addressed;
strength and credibility of supporting evidence;
ethical standards and compliance;
technological or methodological advancement;
scalability and global applicability.

VII. SCORING AND RECOGNITION LEVELS

12. Scoring Methodology
12.1. Jury members assign scores independently.
12.2. Final results are calculated as the arithmetic mean of all valid evaluations.
12.3. The recognition levels are:

Average Score	Result
9.0–10	Gold — highest distinction
8.0–8.99	Silver — high achievement
7.0–7.99	Bronze — recognized accomplishment
< 7.0	No award granted

12.4. Awards may not be granted in a category if submissions do not meet minimum standards.
12.5. Jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

VIII. JURY GOVERNANCE

13. Jury Composition
13.1. The Jury consists of internationally recognized experts selected by the Organizer.
13.2. Diversity of expertise and geographic representation is encouraged.
14. Jury Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must demonstrate:

significant professional experience;
recognized industry achievements;
strategic leadership or subject-matter authority;
independence and absence of conflict of interest;
commitment to confidentiality.

15. Jury Obligations
Jury members must:

evaluate objectively and independently;
avoid conflicts of interest;
maintain strict confidentiality;
use professional/corporate email for official communication.

IX. AWARD CYCLE

16. Stages of the Awards
The Awards cycle may include:

X. RIGHTS AND BENEFITS OF WINNERS

XI. ETHICS, COMPLIANCE, AND CONFLICT OF INTEREST

All participants and Jury members must adhere to high standards of integrity, honesty, and professional conduct.

19. Conflict of Interest
19.1. Any real or potential conflict must be disclosed immediately.
19.2. Jury members with conflicts must abstain from evaluation of affected submissions.

20. Confidentiality
All non-public information shall remain confidential until official publication.

XII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

21.1. Applicants retain ownership of submitted intellectual property.
21.2. By submitting, applicants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive right to use materials for promotional and informational purposes related to the Awards.

XIII. GOVERNANCE AND AMENDMENTS

22.1. The Organizer is responsible for operational implementation and interpretation of this Regulation.
22.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend this Regulation.
22.3. Amendments take effect upon publication unless otherwise specified.

XIV. FINAL PROVISIONS

23.1. Participation constitutes full acceptance of this Regulation.
23.2. In cases not explicitly addressed herein, decisions shall be made by the Organizer in alignment with the mission and principles of the Awards.
23.3. This Regulation enters into force on the date of its official publication and remains valid until replaced or amended.
