Aneisha Hughes is the Founder and CEO of the Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program, a Houston-based nonprofit organization founded in 2008 that empowers young women through structured mentorship across life skills, financial literacy, career readiness, and environmental consciousness. Under her leadership, the organization has grown to a team of more than 35 people delivering personal development programs that build confidence, skills, and long-term opportunity for the next generation of women leaders. And these are just a few areas of her work that bring significant value and demonstrate her contribution to women's mentorship, youth empowerment, and the development of inclusive pathways into education and professional life.
