Daniil Pakalov is an entrepreneur and crisis manager with a Master’s degree in Management, specializing in operational recovery, financial stabilization, and high-performance transformation in the hospitality and service industries. He led the full turnaround of the historic Italian restaurant Cyclone, implementing SOPs, staff-development systems, and strategic rebranding, which resulted in the HORECA Award 2023 for Best Italian Cuisine.
His international work across the UAE, Germany, and Kazakhstan includes crisis consulting, P&L management, multi-unit optimization, and the launch of new hospitality concepts. He has driven measurable operational and financial improvements for companies across Central Asia through process automation, Agile implementation, workforce restructuring, and enhancements in customer experience and service speed.
Daniil is also the author of peer-reviewed publications on leadership, motivation, marketing risks, and customer-experience strategy, contributing to both academic research and industry innovation.
