A digital product architect and technology transfer expert with over 8 years of experience building software and digital products for regulated industries — fintech, healthcare, and industry. As Head of Transactional Products, he specializes in the architecture of high-load, secure systems compliant with PCI DSS, SOX, and HIPAA standards. Previously he led the technology transfer office at the Development Corporation of the Belgorod Region, where he supported the commercialization of technologies and IT innovations and their route to market. A postgraduate of Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law, Konstantin is the author of more than 14 academic publications cited over 360 times, as well as the textbook "Innovative Marketing Communications", referenced in papers at 11 international scientific and practical conferences.
