Andrey Ermolov is an enterprise solution architect and SAP expert with deep expertise in investment management, project portfolio management, and ERP integration. Holding SAP Global Certification in SAP Portfolio and Project Management, he has worked with SAP portfolio and project management solutions since 2010 and has spent more than ten years designing and enhancing enterprise SAP systems for large organisations in the mining and telecommunications industries.
His experience spans the full lifecycle of enterprise solutions, from architecture and functional design to configuration, testing, and end-user training. At Eurasian Resources Group he conceived and designed an original enterprise-wide investment management architecture integrating SAP PPM, SAP BPC, and SAP ERP, bringing seven industrial enterprises and approximately 500 users into a single process and reducing the annual investment programme approval cycle by more than 80%, from three to four months to two to three weeks. Earlier, at MegaFon, he contributed to Project Gagarin, the development of a standardised corporate SAP template.
