Yuliia Vyshyvaniuk is a leading U.S. tax strategist and the founder of NYC Tax Boutique, where she transforms traditional tax services into a strategic growth tool for entrepreneurs. Through her “Tax as Strategy” approach, she helps business owners build smarter, more profitable companies while making complex tax systems simple and accessible.
Yuliia’s leadership in business began early, when she founded one of the first Kids Club centers in her city in Ukraine. She created a new educational space for children, built a team, managed daily operations, and played a role in improving local community infrastructure — demonstrating strong business vision, operational leadership, and the ability to bring new ideas to market.
Her professional accomplishments have earned significant recognition. She was the Winner of the Innovation in Business Award at Glonary in 2024 and served as a jury member for the Quality Mark Award that same year. In 2025, she returns to Glonary as a jury member, contributing her expertise in taxation, business consulting, and financial education.
She is the author of two academic publications — “Legal Infrastructure for Supporting Small and Medium Businesses in the U.S.” and “Digital Platforms as a National Tool for Economic Resilience.” She is also preparing to publish her upcoming book, “Legal Regulation of Startups: Features and Challenges for Entrepreneurs.” As an ACCA Associate and IRS Enrolled Agent, Yuliia continues to support the business community through research, speaking, online education, and the development of a national platform for small and medium business support.
